5 ways to stay centered and present in an attention grabbing world:

1. Seek PASSION

but know even when you find it, it will come with challenges.

2. Keep your FAMILY and real friends close.

We weren’t meant to do this life thing alone. Lean on them during hard times and let them know they can always lean on you.

3. Connect with NATURE

Sitting in front of a screen 24/7 is not normal for our biology or mental health. Take time away to recharge and spark creativity. Scientifically speaking our brain operates best in 90 minute focused sessions with 20 minutes in between (wishful thinking I know).

4. MOVE

I heard someone the other day say "sitting is the new cigarette." Not only is physical activity great for your body, self confidence & well being but it sharpens your mind. It’s a hormone balancing, brain boosting, mood elevating power house.

5. DO HARD THINGS

The pain of regret hurts a lot worse than the pain it takes to accomplish your goals. Working out is hard, so is being unhealthy. Chasing your dreams is hard, so is living an unfulfilling life. Choose your hard.
